Các xiềng xích đó do chưa thấy tường tận về consciousness và Niết Bàn mà tin vào thân tâm nghiệp để tạo tội chồng chất ấy. Đức Phật tạm gọi đó là chưa có được minh ấy. Minh của 1 người Giác Ngộ là sự sáng suốt, thấy rõ Tứ Diệu Đế ( The 4 Nobile Truth/ Law of Universe) : suffering and its cause: ego, Nirvana (God/ Peace that Surpasses all understanding )and the path of purification. 

The more you purify your body, mind/consciousness correctly, the more you earn Freedom for yourself; that is the law of the universe. The reason you can not laugh, or you suffer, is because of the chains (pain body) that tie you to the physical body instead of liberated consciousness. There are many ways to heal, and I will show people how to do it. Love God and love you all.
