Many of you have density in the heart due to lack of love for mankind or lack of being loved by other fellow human due to your sin or theirs. Just keep on observing,  Stay in the peace that surpass all understanding, or focus on your breathing ( change focus) or if you are pure enough, observe the awareness itself ( it is your ego at the subtlest ) , The Pure All Knowing it is beyond your body and mind frequencies combined not just pain, if you can perceive the consciousness itself. It is around your head area. When you don’t react to that frequency, it evaborate in it’s own as you see they are. Most people react to life through pain body through life and it brings sufferings as a result. Heal that and act then that will creates Heaven outside. Only such people are appreciated by Heaven. Love God and God’s people. 

This will help you overcome all residuals sins combined wether it is dense in chest or tumor ( I am talking about in some of my students cases, they vanish in 2 days during retreat( Kim Ly) , and vanish in 1 month by living in my Garden of Peace( Hoàng). and just by reading my Book The New Heaven my student gifted, Thu Thuy Dang’s cancer was healed as I told her.
